Real Estate transactions requires documents to be executed before a Notary.  Some documents, such as the deed, also require two (2) witnesses.  At Ruskin Title & Escrow our closing agents are licensed Florida notaries.

An Apostille certificate is a government issued document used to verify the seal (signature) and position of an official such as a Notary or attorney.  An Apostille is used to authenticate documents for use in countries that have subscribed to an international treaty known as The Hague Convention of 1961.   At Ruskin Title & Escrow our closing agents have extensive experience in international transactions and can facilitate obtaining apostille certificates.
